The typical soft pink color and rather intense floral and fruity aroma contribute to the delicate taste of our Bardolino Chiaretto. It has a dry finish with good persistence.

It is served at 10-12°C in a wine glass. It pairs well with appetizers, fish soups, eel and white meats.

Grape variety: 50% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 20% others.

Production area: south Lake Garda, with coarse terrain and silty-clay texture

Yield: 70 hl

Harvest: late September -beginning of October, by hand in boxes

Vinification: light skin contact at low temperature, racking,

fermentation at controlled temperature

Maturation: 4 months in steel on its lees

Potential aging: 1 – 2 years
