Corte Sermana’s Bardolino DOC displays a ruby-red color with a rather intense floral bouquet, as well as a dry, light, delicately fruity and spicy flavor.

It is best served at 12-14°C in a wine glass. It is a table wine, which pairs well with risotto, meat sauces and white meats.

Grape variety: 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, others 10%.

Production area: south Lake Garda, with coarse terrain, limestone and slightly clayey

Yield: 70 hl

Harvest: late September -beginning of October, by hand in boxes

Vinification: fermentation on the skins until all sugars are consumed, frequent pumping over at a temperature of about 25-28°C.

Maturation: 4 months in steel on its lees

Potential aging: 1 – 5 years

Alcohol content: 12% vol.
